Final Work for the UX Design Boot Camp of Technigo, Stockholm
At the beginning of the project, our hypothesis was: Families have a hard time deciding what to eat -
How can we help them? Keeping this question in mind, we evaluated key insights through a survey and user interviews. This led us to create behavioural archetypes, concluding the first phase of the five-phase Design Thinking process, called empathize.
For the next phase, define, we created user need statements and how-might-we sentences. This led us to the next phase: ideate, where we used different methods to define 3 key features:
In the 4th phase, we looked in detail at various task flows before starting with a low-fi prototype to then conduct monitored usability tests to finish the first iteration.
With the take aways from the test we started to refine the design and went on with the second iteration.
